The TV Direct staff member at Smithfield was just atrocious to us. My partner needed to sit down with our baby so we used the demo chairs out the front of their shop. (for a few minutes) The shop assistant came out and had a go at us for sitting there and when I asked her why she just started ranting on about how rude I was and raising her voice.. So I walked away as she was yelling something at me, not sure exactly what was her problem... Maybe having one of those days. Then when I looked back she was just standing there glaring at me.... Bit strange by this time. Heads up management... Not really someone I would want to be representing my company. This happened at about 4:30pm on 16/6/21 to help you identify the staff member.
