I would give this company and Janes 10 out of 10. We had a Brocken down mobility scooter that my sister was in urgent need to have fixed as she only had a wheelchair to get around. Counter service was great and when James was available he phoned and came around to look at what the problem could be. Unfortunately he couldn’t fix it then and it needed to go back to the workshop ..that afternoon he phones back saying all fixed and he would be delivering it within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this company.

I have been trying to purchase a scooter for the last to weeks , every company I rang were trying to sell me what they wanted also were giving me the running around until rang Balance mobility in Tweed heads , the sales person Melissa not only she had a fantastic phone manners excellent personality but she had a great product knowledge . I have placed my order with her. If you are paraplegic and you need some help contact this lady , she is the best I came across with.
