We hired equipment from Aidacare as we were about to travel and had not received our own equipment through a different source. Our inital interaction was good, but at pickup we were surprised to find the item that had been set aside for us was totally inadequate and there was no staff capable of changing it. We were told specs of the power wheelchair but these turned out to be incorrect and it was a great disappointment. On return from our trip I contacted Aidacare and they (eventually, once at management level) gave us a total refund. Thank you for the management level for handling this correctly. They even refunded a seperate pick up fee with not another question asked. Dealing with a company when things go well is easy, the true test is in times of trouble and I give Aidacare kudos for a good resolve. Thank you.

Best place to buy and repair your mobility scooters, because they actually repair the d*mn things for a decent price. Most Mobility Scooter stores don't offer repairs, instead replacement, not even that, they usually outsource their work to these guys I bet.

Very good Customer Service I got Flat Tyre Today, Owner was Amazed that I got Flet 2nd day of having it. But Accidents happen right. Very Happy n Helpful too organise too get new Tyre.. Not happy I got flat tyre 2nd day of using Scooter. :-( Oh well Hopefully I have better luck next week Thanks. John.
