Kelch Care is a disability and mental health support service that delivers flexible, friendly, and professional support to NDIS participants living in Liverpool Plains. Our services empower NDIS participants to engage in the community’s outdoor social and economic activities. We respect individual freedom of choice and embrace an inclusive environment in our everyday services. Capacity Building and Core Support: Kelch Care can provide you with the support that can help your everyday living, such as; Daily tasks, social and civic participation, and transport support. Kelch Care has staff with many years of experience as a psychosocial recovery coaches. Our staff are ready to listen to and support you throughout your recovery journey. Our individual recovery plan fits your strengths and uniqueness, and we will guide you to your desired goal.
