Breaking Barriers Fitness aim is to teach as many members of the general public and the special populations group the basis of regular exercise and a healthy life style. Special Populations refers to people that are disabled, have mental health issues, domestic violence, elderly, children, pre/post surgery. Most exercise is done outside in nature, at either a pre-arranged venue or at your home. Life Coaching is factored in to all our services.
