Breaking Barriers Fitness aim is to teach as many members of the general public and the special populations group the basis of regular exercise and a healthy life style. Special Populations refers to people that are disabled, have mental health issues, domestic violence, elderly, children, pre/post surgery. The services available are personal training, group instruction, corporate classes, life coaching and work shops. Most exercise is done outside in nature, at either a pre-arranged venue or at your home. Life Coaching is factored in to all our services. More involved Life Coaching sessions and work shops are also available. Work shops are specifically designed depending on the clientele attending, ie, obesity, mental health, etc We are also a registered NDIS provider.
