Didn't start of great with muck up of changing my booking etc. Luckily it got sorted though. The cleaner appeared friendly and courteous; however, she took her time spending too long on bathrooms when they didn't need that much attention. they are regularly maintained fortnightly; I told her that. I got feeling she didn't want to do anything else but just bathrooms and floors. Near the end she had half hour to spare but hadn't mopped yet. She asked what else id like done? I said some light dusting and kitchen backsplash, whatever she thought! but she did one task only. It disappoints me she could have fitted both tasks in plus empty waste bins in bathrooms and near my desk plus wipe microwave out or wipe patio door. She got out of vacuuming a spare room, front loungeroom and laundry that didn't need cleaning. This company believe anything else apart from basic clean of bathrooms and floors are classed as a deep clean when they can easily fit smaller tasks into the 2 hours like I had.

These guys take me out in days and I really can’t wait each week we goes out. I learn much and staff are great
