Very helpful with explaining the solutions to the issues I have with my diet and exercise and also suggesting ways I can further benefit by changing different foods that I am consuming and also pushing me towards increasing my water intake. Since I have started my phone consultations I have started walking more everyday and still exercising at the gym three days a week.
Nicole has also shared ways to speak to my two children about the food they consume as they are both involved with junior rugby league. I have lost around 10kg since I have started my speaking to Nic and I highly recommend her for anyone struggling with diet or exercise issues.
