Good service with phone calls and emails. However I wanted a small dent in the vehicle, with out having to paint at all! It seems they do not use the "dent-less" process, but their advert says they "fix dents" of course! Not that way?

They now deal only in Subaru so don't waste your time or theirs unless you specifically want Subaru parts, etc. They also seem a tad unfriendly to people who don't know that their business has changed from what it was previously. They did, however, suggest somewhere else we could go.

They fitted the wrong starter motor to my Mercedes Sprinter. This possibly started a series of ongoing problems requiring further expensive repairs at another firm.
The starter fitted was listed for your vehicle via the VIN number. The difference was your original starter had a different number of teeth on the drive gear compared to what was listed. The only issue that would cause is noisey cranking, and we replaced it with the correct starter. Your vehicle also had a faulty engine ECU, which we diagnosed for you, and was confirmed by Mercedes Benz. The starter mismatch had no bearing on the ECU fault.

Extremely happy after finding out mr car rego had expired and transport informed me I needed a safety certificate to renew my registration I was in a mad panic after emailing several places and calling what seemed to be a huge list of people that didnt answer I was contacted back by dan from mr safety certificates he said he couldnt be there till 11-1 that day as he was extremely busy already I was over the moon he could get there that fast he msged me at 1132 saying he was in the car I come down and meet him wow he completed my inspection also rectifying the incorrect engine number he also helped me with what to do next as I have never done this before. I will definitely use him again and recommend his services to all me friends. Thanks for the fantastic service and making my huge problem so simple
