I was referred to Ralston by my GP for plantar facilities to right foot and severe arthritis to left great toe. I was barely able to walk. Ralston's opening words to me regarding the plantar fasciitis were " I can fix that". He also said that while the arthritis was more of a challenge, he believed he could improve it and get me walking again. Well he did just that! He is a genius! A few simple exercises combined with custom orthotic insoles saw me back doing my daily 4k walk. I Can't thank him enough and would recommend him to anyone with lower limb problems.
