BEST Dental Specialists in St Georges Basin NSW 2540

I have been going to My Dental Team in Shellharbour for the past 6 years. I have never been able to fault the service. Today you let yourselves down. I had an appointment at 8am, first appointment of the day. I was finally called in at 8.15am, when the staff were finished with swanning around, gossiping, drinking and complaining about how little they had slept. I would understand if they were dealing with some kind of emergency but this wasn’t the case. I got a half-assed apology or keeping me waiting as ‘we don’t like to keep people waiting’. Please! Don’t insult my intelligence, there’s no excuse other blatant arrogance and disrespect for other people’s time. This behaviour is Avery poor reflection on your organisation.
