The founder of Facialmax Surgery, Dr Yang, is a comprehensively trained Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon practicing contemporary Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, treating the mouth, face, and jaws. He completed his surgical training in NSW, where he was awarded FRACDS (OMS) fellowship. FRACDS (OMS) fellowship is the only recognised Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery qualification in Australia and New Zealand. He is dually qualified in dentistry and medicine. He gained his degree in Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) with credit from University of Otago, and Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) from University of Auckland. He was awarded multiple prizes during his studies including Sir John Walsh Prize and Peter Milne Prize. His extensive post-graduate experience include training in Derbyshire Royal Infirmary in the United Kingdom, Midlemore Hospital in New Zealand, John Hunter Hospital in Newcastle, The Canberra Hospital and Westmead Hospital in Sydney. In addition to routine minor oral surgical procedures, Dr Yang has special interests in dental implants and related hard tissue augmentation, orthognathic surgery, management of maxillofacial pathology and trauma, as well as non-surgical facial rejuvenation. In his spare time, Dr Yang enjoys cycling, snowboarding, reading and watching movies.

Dr T.W. Aulsebrook B.D.S (Syd Uni) Dr Thomas Aulsebrook attended Sydney University for his dental degree, finishing in 1981. Tom then worked at Westmead Hospital in Sydney as a dental officer. At the end of 1982 Thomas moved to the Central Coast and started practicing at Ettalong. He established his Kincumber practice in 1985. He works hard to ensure that all of the practice's patients receive excellent service in a comfortable environment. Thomas actively participates in continuing education in all aspects of dentistry with a particular interest in orthodontics, temporomandibular joint disfunction, adhesive dentistry and cosmetic dentistry. He has completed numerous courses conducted by orthodontic experts such as Skip Truitts Dentofacial Orthopaedics Series, Dr Bill Clark, Dr Brock Rondeau, Dr John Witzig and more recently the General Orthodontic Residency with Dr Steve Gallera. He is a member of the Australian Dental Association(ADA) as well as the International Association of Orthodontics (IAO). Thomas works alongside his youngest son as the practice's Hygienist/Therapist and his daughter as practice manager. Outside of dentistry Thomas enjoys travelling and gardening and lives on the Central Coast with his wife of 35 years.

Dr Simon Or B.D.S (Syd Uni) Dr Simon Or completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1990 at the University of Sydney. He then joined the Australian Dental Association and has maintained membership since then. He has been practicing for more than 20 years as a general dentist and provides a positive dental experience for all his patients, especially the elderly, through his gentle and caring attitude. He also visits Peninsula Village Aged Care and Aurrum Nursing Home at their request. He attends dental education courses to continue his professional development.
