Have had Josh here so many times to do jobs,( install dishwasher, create walk in robe, remove cabinets from bathroom, remove horrid wall plagues, new laundry tub.) the list is huge. Always on time and have to almost beg him to have a break. Quality of work is 150%. Happy to answer my many questions and offer solutions that are far cheaper and will recommend other good tradies. Price he charges are very reasonable. He is a genuine bloke and tradie who cleans up his mess. Could not recommend him any higher.

I couldn’t be more pleased with everything Josh has done, repaired & built for us, rebuilt side stairs, installed sliding pantry shelves,(shelves too narrow, built adjustment , Smiko cleaned gutters,washed & cleaned solar panels. Josh put in a dishwasher in a kitchen that had no provision for a dishwasher. It looks like it was always there. He also created a walk in wardrobe, which once again looks as if it was always there. There were several other little jobs he did while he was here and also advise me on several jobs that l wanted to do myself. The level of workmanship is the best and the attention to detail incredible. Josh obviously takes alot of pride in his work and it shows. He is very reasonable price and friendly and cleans up his own mess. He actually put a 150 % into my jobs. Will be recommending him +++. I will continue to use him for all my many maintenance jobs.

We contacted Josh from PacificCoast Maintenance to tidy up a family home for sale. He made several trips to the tip as well as mow the lawn and tidy up the garden. There was also repair plaster work . He is very willing to provide any assistance necessary.
