Hi, my name is Elisha, and in 2012 I graduated with my Diploma of Beauty Therapy from The Gold Coast Training Academy. Since then, I have worked at Ballina Go-vita and Beauty, whilst also servicing clients within a local area with a mobile service. Afterwards I started working in the Beauty Room at Brands Pharmacy Lismore for 7 & 1/2 years, until I was made redundant in December 2018. This is when I decided to take the chance and open up my own salon. This is when #Nurtured was first created, at shop 2/76 Woodlark Street Lismore, 26th January 2019. I am lucky that I am able to call what I love to do a career, as I thoroughly enjoy the Beauty Industry and everything it has to offer. On 26th March 2020, all Beauty Salons were closed until further notice due to the Covid-19 restrictions, sparking quite a few changes to how Beauty Salons could continue to operate and provide both a service and support to clients. It seems to be a year of changes (that are out of our control), so let's make some changes that are Positive (and within our control).
