Someone asked me yesterday, “what’s the student demographic of Passada?” and I answered that Passada is everyone: A community of women and men of all ages, ethnicities, ranges in dance experience and varying fitness levels. We come together to dance and practice yoga for fitness and fun. It’s a non competitive, non judgmental place of pure joy. The teachers are superb professionals who love what they do. I love this place and what it has brought to my life! Dance is my favourite form of exercise, and one day I found Kelli and the Kbod studio. I never felt on the outer because of my age as Kelli ensures that everyone feels included from day one. Her positive, happy outlook; funky dance routines; and energy create the perfect atmosphere to leave class feeling uplifted and energised both physically and mentally. Meeting new friends has been the unexpected bonus.

I enjoyed a Bikram class with Kate, the owner of Hot Yoga & Co, who guided the us through an exceptional class. I felt amazing afterwards. The studio is beautiful which adds to the whole experience. I will be going back for sure. Deb
