Zoe's Dance Academy offers fun, nurturing & high energy dance classes from ages 18mths though to adults! ZDA is a place where EVERYONE is welcome! ZDA is definitely a place where everyone feels at home! Our movie really showed the inclusiveness of everyone and how we don’t just learn dance! We have all shown such resilience, determination and most importantly our sense of community! Tears were rolling down my cheeks, tears of joy, tears of pride, tears of wow I can’t believe we did it! It was just what I needed to reaffirm my love for not only dance but my vision for ZDA! At Bella's Pole Studio, we combine a perfect mix of strengthening, toning, stretching and cardio, all for a phenomenal full body workout. We build your strength gradually by incorporating strength and flexibility training into the floor work portion of all our levels of classes. All classes are designed for women ONLY and are for all ages (must be over 16), shapes, sizes and fitness levels. There are 8 week courses, private training and free information and viewing sessions (week 8 of each term). We have beginner, intermediate and advanced classes to help you grow from one level to the next. Classes are housed in a beautiful, fully air-conditioned and carpeted dance studio in Morisset (easily located off the F3 Freeway). We promise a safe, friendly, non-sexual environment with NO spectators or nudity. We also have a small creche area that will enable you to bring your young children along to class. Our classes are great fun and overall, enable you to empower yourself!
