At Bella's Pole Studio, we combine a perfect mix of strengthening, toning, stretching and cardio, all for a phenomenal full body workout. We build your strength gradually by incorporating strength and flexibility training into the floor work portion of all our levels of classes. All classes are designed for women ONLY and are for all ages (must be over 16), shapes, sizes and fitness levels. There are 8 week courses, private training and free information and viewing sessions (week 8 of each term). We have beginner, intermediate and advanced classes to help you grow from one level to the next. Classes are housed in a beautiful, fully air-conditioned and carpeted dance studio in Morisset (easily located off the F3 Freeway). We promise a safe, friendly, non-sexual environment with NO spectators or nudity. We also have a small creche area that will enable you to bring your young children along to class. Our classes are great fun and overall, enable you to empower yourself!

We have all shown such resilience, determination and most importantly our sense of community! Tears were rolling down my cheeks, tears of joy, tears of pride, tears of wow I can’t believe we did it! It was just what I needed to reaffirm my love for not only dance but my vision for ZDA! Platinum Dance Centre offers classes in a wide range of styles for all abilities. Styles included Jazz, Classical Ballet, Modern, Contemporary, Tap, Hip-Hop, Specialised Tiny Tots, Stretch & Conditioning. Exams are available for students in Classical Ballet & Tap studying ATOD syllabus. Eisteddfods are available for both our performance groups and soloists. Operating in a fully equipped double studio with sprung floor, mirrors and barres as well as a dancers waiting room.
