Kane and his team were amazing! From the moment I contacted Kane to have two split systems installed, and one removed totally, the service was exceptional. From prompt replies to my enquiries to the professional and courteous service provided by the team, I can’t fault anything. My work was quoted and completed within three weeks, all rubbish removed from site, and the areas vacuumed. One of the new units was installed upstairs with the outside unit suspended discreetly on the second floor outside wall. Kane ensured the units were working well before he left, and even quickly serviced another unit I have. I will always use Kane and his team for my air conditioning needs in the future and highly recommend them to everyone. Oh, and the price? You’ll struggle to find a better price, I know I did!

Kane installed a 16kw Daiken under floor unit and two split systems. He was very quick with giving us a quote and organising installation. The install was flawless despite some challenges due to our house design. He was very good with suggestions especially around using smart units and integration with wifi/Google. I would highly recommend KR after having quite a few quotes from other installers.
