I was referred to Ralston by my GP for plantar facilities to right foot and severe arthritis to left great toe. I was barely able to walk. Ralston's opening words to me regarding the plantar fasciitis were " I can fix that". He also said that while the arthritis was more of a challenge, he believed he could improve it and get me walking again. Well he did just that! He is a genius! A few simple exercises combined with custom orthotic insoles saw me back doing my daily 4k walk. I Can't thank him enough and would recommend him to anyone with lower limb problems. After three months being told to rest and elevate my left foot I asked for MRI, and I had a stress fracture on my metatarsal. not wanting to rest and elevate anymore I got an appointment with Royston, wow, what a difference. I had rate 8 pain before and now …4 weeks later I only have sometimes tenderness, I’m walking without a hobble. I’ve followed his advice little exercise and stretches. Thought being in 70’s meant I had to just accept it. Not so thanks to Ryston.
