Kiama Window Fashions Gallery gave us great advice, explaining the different features of the luxaflex products and helping us to make the right choice. We finally decided to install shutters. Their installers were brilliant and they worked through the night to get them installed for us. We can't believe the difference it has made to the feel of the house... so contemporary and cosy. I called up Kresta to get a measure and quote so that I could get new curtains made up for all of the upstairs rooms. Staff were rude, unhelpful, blamed each other for any problems (there is clearly tension between the woman who did the measure and the women who staffed the showroom. They talked about each other with an unprofessionally negative attitude). The woman who measured up the windows did so in a huff, taking wonky measurements and writing an illegible quote that looked like it was written by a 3 year old. They made it very difficult for me to buy curtains (I am not at all a fussy customer—I just wanted decent, plain curtains and to see the curtain fabric and track before committing to buying 6 windows worth of it). So I gave up and went with off-the-shelf curtains from Curtain Wonderland in Warrawong because they didn't offer custom fitting at the time.
