I was very happy with the service and blinds and was going to use them for my next house until one of my blinds stopped rolling up. I have repeatedly called and left messages for the company to have someone come out and fix the blind but no one has called me back and they seem to have stopped taking my calls. The blinds weren't cheap and I'm very disappointed in their lack of support. They've missed out on any future work from me and my family.
