Advanced Skin Cancer Practice was created from the vision of specialist plastic surgeon Dr Hertess and skin cancer medicine and general practitioner Dr Stapelberg. It encompasses the unique combination of skin cancer practitioner and easily accessible specialist plastic and reconstructive surgical services within the same clinic. Dr Hertess is a Specialist Plastic Surgeon wiith over 25 years operating experience. She specialises to breast surgery and advanced skin cancer surgery.

Established in 1980, by Dr John Auld, Gold Coast Dermatology Clinic, is the longest running dermatology clinic on the Gold Coast. Originally located in Surfer's Paradise, the clinic found it's new home on Ashmore Road, Bundall in 1992. In 2014, Dr Samantha Davidson joined the practice as a consultant dermatologist. At Gold Coast Dermatology, we offer expertise in both adult and paediatric dermatology services. We focus on skin cancer surveillance, inflammatory skin conditions, and medical dermatology.
