Health and fitness is everything to us here at The CrossFit Bar, formerly known as ‘The Bar Heath and Fitness’. We don’t just focus on how many squats we can do, or how much weight we can lift. We work on building strength from within; from our soul, through our mental health and then how we feel about ourselves, from the inside out. We want to create a calm space, a safe space. A space where people feel free to be themselves, rediscover who they are and test their limits with no judgement.

Siege Fitness is offers thoughtfully programmed group strength and conditioning classes to Thornton and surrounding suburbs. We pride ourselves in filling "The goldilocks zone" of gyms. We aren't CrossFit, but we program and coach our training properly, more so than you'd experience at a circuit or bootcamp style gym. Our mission: To help 1000 people transform into a higher performing, healthier version of themselves, allowing them to elevate their enjoyment of life.
