We aren't CrossFit, but we program and coach our training properly, more so than you'd experience at a circuit or bootcamp style gym. CrossFit Newcastle is a training facility that uses constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity. We cater to all levels of fitness, whether you're a special forces operator, professional athlete, active sports person or a full time mum. All our workouts are scalable to suit the individuals needs.
