Siege Fitness is offers thoughtfully programmed group strength and conditioning classes to Thornton and surrounding suburbs. We pride ourselves in filling "The goldilocks zone" of gyms. We aren't CrossFit, but we program and coach our training properly, more so than you'd experience at a circuit or bootcamp style gym. CrossFit Maitland is a CrossFit training facility committed to the advancement of our member's health and fitness by delivering a highly effective and life-changing fitness program.
