Just recently my brother at the young age of 50 Sadly passed away of an instant heart attack on the 2nd November 2023. 🙏😇 Michael and the team were so compassionate with everything from helping with the eulogy, arranging all on our behalves with effortless empathy. They are all such Kind & Beautiful people, and the premises conveniently has everything you need for a Beautiful and Memorable Service and tea room attached next door, eliminating the need to have to travel elsewhere. As a family we would like to Thank them for making our lives easier at a very heartbreaking time and would utmostly recommend their services to anyone in need. I cannot fault Bryan J Reid Funeral Services. Every point of contact with every staff member was full of compassion and professionalism. They took such time and commitment to make sure every single detail for my mum's funeral was perfect. Even when I kept making small changes, they assured me it was OK as it had to be perfect for mum. Even though we could only have 10 people at the service, Maureen the celebrant made sure to include family and friends watching via live stream. Jeff and Kylie provided such support, advice and guidance and Greenway Chapel was a beautiful setting to farewell my mum. We just cannot thank you enough.

Words can't express how grateful I am to Natasha and Mackay Family Funerals for helping me and my husband getting through a very difficult time. My newborn son passed away in 2004, and Natasha created a beautiful service for him. She helped me choose the most beautiful casket, with little silver doves as handles, and the heartfelt touches she made left me with some very meaningful memories to take with me. She printed a beautiful poem out onto cards for my family and I. She was compassionate and empathetic to the sorrow I was feeling as we laid him to rest. My son was treated like the angel he was, and surrounded with so much love that day. It's been a long time since then, but I was able to take something positive out of what was the most traumatic time in my life. It was because of you guys that a very sad day became a beautiful one for my little boy and I. THANK YOU.

At Rupert’s Pet Cremation & Transport our aim is to ease the grief associated with losing a beloved pet, by providing a compassionate and individual cremation service. We are a dedicated husband and wife team, who have lived on the Central Coast for over 25 years. Scott and I (Michelle) have owned pets all our lives and are, above all, animal lovers ourselves. As crematory operators, Scott & I are both accredited by the International Association Of Pet Cemeteries & Crematories (IAOPCC). Our fully trained and caring team will look after everything from collection of your beloved pet, to return of your pets ashes. Rupert’s services all suburbs of the Central Coast of NSW. Rupert’s Pet Cremation & Transport offers a personal and timely cremation service to you and your precious pet. We will collect your pet as soon as possible, usually within a few hours of receiving your call. Your pet will be carefully transported to our cremation facility where they will receive an individual cremation. Once cremated, your pets ashes will be transferred into the urn/box of your choice and returned to you within 5-7 business days of collection. Express service can be provided at an additional fee. Currently, we offer 5 cremation packages OR we can tailor a package to meet your needs. We also offer a range of memorial products to help commemorate the life and love of your treasured pet. Rupert’s Pet Cremation & Transport guarantees you will receive all of, and only your pets ashes.
