Possibly Australia's worst and most unreliable courier company. Lost goods , damaged goods. The more packing and fragile tape you use the more the delivery drivers see it as a challenge to break it . Then if you try to make a claim through their system they just muck you around for months on end. Do yourselves a favour and find a different courier.
We have never had a delivery without a problem !!! We often get delivery cards when we are home, no one has even attempted delivery they just put the card in the letter box

completely screwed our XMAS. delivered one part of this spit roaster to me on Sunshine Coast ( late I might add) and then when I called this morning, told me.... ooops sorry the other part is on the way to CAIRNS. We messed that up somehow and it will not get to you before XMAS. 14 people coming for a Spit Roast Lamb bought and paid for are not going to get spit roast at all. My direction whenever I buy anything online is that if they send this by Toll I will refuse delivery and send it back. I refuse any shipments by Toll- ever again
