I received a text to advise they do not deliver to my area.
Message left to phone the local Rockhampton Depot. After pressing buttons I get to speak to a lady in the Philippines. She proceeds to tell me that without the con note she cannot help me.
I have quite a few outstanding parcel orders so how am I supposed to give her the Con note number.
I have previously been able to phone the local Branch directly and advise to deliver the parcel to the Caves General Store.
How hard can it be.
Paid for express delivery. 2 days later still waiting for it. Says out for delivery both days. Called Toll to raise issue to be told to wait up untill 5pm for it. Still no sign of it. What an absolute sh#tshow! Absolutely disgusting service! Now waiting until who knows when for a small item.
