My parcel was at my door on the 24/01 and I got a card in the mail box. Now my parcel is missing. It was orginized to be left at Repco, Alice St Maryborough. I rung and Repco said no parcel was delivered to them for me. NOW... where the hell is it.???

My past experiences with Fastway were not good. When I purchased online and saw that it would be delivered by Fastway, I was always wary as they often just put Collection Card in Letterbox even when you were home waiting for delivery. But that all changed when James became the Delivery guy for Urangan! James always delivers with a smile, and with me living in a secure complex with the gate at the moment not opening, we have a system that he beeps and I let him in. He doesn't take the easy route of just putting Collection Card in our Letterboxes. Thanks James for renewing my confidence in Fastway! Now when my Parcels says " Fastway", I know it will be delivered.
