It is almost 2pm and I still have not received my priority deliver thus I have not been to deliver the relevant service to my clients costing me so far just 0ver $3000. I expected it to be delivered by 9am. I had a client in they said they left you for their deliveries because the delivery always took too long and we could not track it. we are just told it is on the truck and will arrive before 5pm. NOT good enough
I have in the past not had a good experience with Startrack express, I had found that their customer service was very awful, but today an angel was in charge and helped me and not only got my package to me but made me feel like I was a human being thanks to the lovely lady in Bathurst I had a very pleasant transaction and my experience was for the very first time a pleasant courier experience. Just goes to show that the frontline people, those who deal with customers can make or break their company. To the manager at Bathurst you have a gem working for your business. To the rest of the employees, follow her example, treat people well, it will make a hell of a lot of difference to whether your business thrives or not.
