I have a long history in education and training in Interpersonal Skills and Conflict Resolution. I have been a Psychologist for 5 years. The population group I work with are male and female adults ranging in age from early 20s to the elderly. My areas of specialisation are Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Sexual Abuse, Self-Esteem and Confidence, Grief and Loss, Life Transition, Sexual Disorders, Stress Management, Conflict Resolution, Career Counselling and Relationship Counselling. I am WorkCover Accredited, and an experienced Occupational Rehabilitation Psychologist. My preferred modalities are CBT, including Mindfulness and ACT.
