She offers a warm, genuine and non-judgmental approach that assists people to feel comfortable and respected on their journey through the counselling process. Belinda offers a range of different therapies including: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR - for trauma), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Circle of Security Parenting Program, Attachment interventions, and Sandplay Therapy.
