I am a certified Human Design Specialist and Executive Coach, specialising in supporting people to understand their energy type, innate gifts, and true natures. I also teach people where their mind can become pre-occupied and stuck. I use Human Design to see people’s true selves, who they are not, and share simple, empowering strategies to enable them to live a life that feels purposeful, easeful, and aligned. What’s involved in a one-on-one session? Book either a Foundation Reading (90min) or Coaching & Mentoring Session (60min). Read below for more information. Who is the session for? If you are someone who struggles really know themselves, or struggles to feel seen, heard, and understood, you will probably leave feeling validated and empowered. This is also for someone who is open to seeing themselves and life in a radically new way and is seeking a fresh start. You are curious, keen, and motivated to unlock the key to yourself. What can you hope to achieve in one session? In a 1:1 Human Design Foundation Reading, you will walk away with a solid understanding of your Human Design type, strategy, authority, profile, not-self, and any other areas of your chart that important for you to know. You will also receive a report and a recording of the call. In a 1:1 Mentoring Session, we will discuss anything that you want. Being guided very specifically according to your Human Design is an incredibly powerful and insightful method of coaching and mentoring. You can expect the needle to move quite profoundly.
