Jane has introduced me to a variety of very practical tools (EFT, hypnotherapy, NLP etc) over the years since we met when she generously spent a week (of her holiday back in her motherland) to give some workshops at a veterans charity in Scotland where I was volunteering. She is always forward looking - so no triggering therapy requiring regurgitating the past - and everything is very practical and action oriented - so how she works is extremely helpful for veterans and those having experienced trauma of any kind. She’s kind, smart, encouraging, empowering, and endlessly helpful which, together with her diverse skillset and toolbox allows her to really help people, even if they’ve lost hope for life to get better. With her support it truly can. I know.
