Not suitable for people that can’t climb stairs, as located upstairs, no lift. Having seen several psychs over the years I can honestly say she was the worst. I needed crisis focussed intervention with some strategies how to deal with overwhelming emotions. She went off on a tangent. Instead of her listening to me I ended up listening to her for most of the time rattling on about something that was just not appropriate to me at that particular time. Did not stay in my moment, redirected conversation to something she got off on, dismissive of my issues, generally ignorant of what it means living with a disability. No empathy demonstrated. Cannot recommend.

All the staff were amazing considering how busy they are and the doctors are so caring. I moved up from The Sunshine Coast so I’m so happy to find such a lovely place.
