I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all method for psychotherapy. I use many models , including, but not limited to: Narrative, Cognitive Behavioural, Acceptance & Commitment, Rational Emotive, Humanistic, Person-centred, Transpersonal, Psychodynamic, Psychoanalytic, Mindfulness, Bilateral Stimulation & Arts Based therapies. I tailor my approach to each individuals needs and therapeutic goals. We work as a team , with my clients being at the helm as the experts of their lives. My motivation is to accompany you through your challenges and provide a safe space for reflection. I want to help you develop the tools to create and maintain a high level of mental health & wellbeing. In my practice I aim to help my clients reflect on their stories so to chart out the next steps of their journey and realign with their authenticity.
