After prior appointments at Sanctum I attended the VIP a little while ago and was wow'd. As always, the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Further to my review of some months ago where l was completely dissatisfied with the service l had received. I was contacted by the new owners who were very nice and wanted to compensate me over the treatment l had. This certainly made up for the bad service l received from the previous owners. As l live on the Gold coast and would not be able to go into the salon. The new owner gave me a refund for what had happened. This was very generous and I truly appreciated it. So if l ever go to Mt. Isa again l will certainly visit the Sanctum. All the best there. Ros Holmes
