Firstly, Esmeralda is so caring and has a lovely friendly personal manner. She makes you feel so comfortable and she is so easy to talk to you. I went to see Emeralda for the first time, a few years ago, to see if she was able to hide a scar I had in my brow, where the hair would not grow. She did such a great job and it looks so natural. It lasted so long. I have only just had it redone last week. So happy! If you're thinking about it, just do it. Just go have a chat with Esmeralda about what you want done. She is so great!
