This company does not believe the customer is always right. I was told when booking the job that they did not deal with the company that made my stove and that I would have to order the part.
when the man came to look at what was wrong with my stove, he told me that he had taken down the serial number and would order the part for me. I gave him the contact number for the company. Three weeks later, I had not heard anything and called them. They said I was supposed to order the part and I said what their man had told me. She was then rude and condescending insisting that I had been told when I booked the job that I would have to order the part. I said I knew that but that the man who came to my home had told me he would order the part. She did not even offer an apology for what he had said and just wanted to argue with me. I mean, I wasn't being a rude customer, I was just stating what he had said and waiting for an apology which never came.
