We were impressed by the friendly service and from a very professional technician.

called to report fridge temperature gauge not working. Technician decided on the phone that it was cooling fan and ordered one. Waited a few days and he installed it. Charging me for the fan. Next day reported not working. Waited more than a week before he came out again and he stated fridge needed replacement. Compressor not working. Waited another period of time for him to collect the fan again which was taken out ready for him to collect and give refund. It was three weeks before I could order a replacement fridge.. Not happy. Technician remiss in not coming out to assess the situation before ordering a part. Was offered an apology but would not recommend him.

The best service I have received since moving to Medowie 7 years ago. From the lovely lady that took my call to Vito turning up at the time promised. Only charged for what needed to be done. Thankyou to both of you. My wife is now happily washing again. I now understand why all their reviews are 5 STARS. I would give you more if I could. Highly recommended!

I would like to highly recommend David from T & D Appliances. He is so thorough and an excellent Tradesman. Knows what he is doing and is extremely polite and helpful. Nothing is a trouble. Would recommend to anyone needing electrical repairs.
