I would not recommend this business at all. I hired Michelle to undertake the conveyancing of my property and was extremely dissatisfied. Michelle does not respond to phone calls texts or phone calls. Communication was disorganised and haphazard throughout the process. The day my property was supposed to settle Michelle would not answer my calls texts or emails and I was left totally in the dark as to what was happening. The property did not settle in time an Michelle would not tell me why. The most unprofessional company I have dealt with. My advice is to go to anyone other than Coastwide Conveyancing.
