I used Phil Floyd on the recommendation of another customer to move a digital pipe organ and speakers around 1 month ago. It was only a small part-load, so it wasn't really a priority for them, which is exactly how I was treated. On the day the organ was delivered, the drivers did not check the van (despite asking them twice) for the speakers, which I later found out were actually on the van.
