We wouldn't use anyone to take care of our garden. Fantastic work and lovely service.

Avoca Garden Centre
We recently used Dave (Kwik Kerb) on one of our projects to provide edging around a new playground. While on site he was able to help us with more than the kerbing which saved us a lot of time and organising. We were able to get the job completed quicker and with less fuss. Really happy and impressed with Dave and his crew, we will be using Dave again in future works and no hesitation in recommending his business to others.

John says they did a great job. There was not a crack in sight on his driveway. His grey basalt stencils were lovely.

Really great work! We got a couple of walls in our 1960 build moved and he knew exactly what was involved. Lee kept our original cornice and skirting board for consistency of style. He worked with us on the finishing, as we were happy to do a few things on our own. Thank you Lee for your work and ability to fit our job in such quick time.

DONE it AGAIN Needed a bigger window in kitchen & glass doors at the rear of house. Lee is just fabulous. Old house so everything not 100% straight. He’s a perfectionist looks like everything was always there. Can’t recommend this workmanship highly enough. Forget the rest..... CHOOSE a the BEST

The Unsung Heroes of Bundaberg: Concreters
Picture this. Sunlight pierce the early morning clouds, hitting the muddled landscapes of Bundaberg. For locals, a common sight in this humble town would be hardworking concreters starting off their day.
Pouring Passion into Concrete
So who are these concreters? They're dedicated artists, their canvas being the tarmac beneath your feet and their paintbrushes heavy duty machinery and concrete mixtures. Their toned arms display evidence of toiling with hefty materials. Yet, this isn't just a physical endeavour; it's an art form that takes knowledge, precision, and a keen eye for detail.
They construct our world - from smooth house slabs to intricately designed decorative patios. And they do so under scorching heat or torrential downpours; always battling against time frames while ensuring perfection in each square inch they craft.
Reshaping local Landscapes
The transformation that once vacant lots undergo under their skilled hands is nothing short of amazement inspiring. Starting from a mere subgrade surface, spaces morph into functional schools, hospital floors and cheering arenas for local games-channeling vibrant life energy through them.
Their work isn't simply about creating flat surfaces either; some chase ingenuity in curvilinear forms or embossed patterns to create striking architectural marvels.
Not just Craftsmanship - It’s Science too
Don’t mistake it all merely for labour though – there’s quite some science involved. Variables such as temperature, mixture proportions and curing time must be understood comprehensively. Concrete can be moody! Its traits fluctuate within these aspects making each project its own riddle ready to be solved.
Without their competent craftsmanship plus scientific acumen holding the fort together- Literally! Our cityscapes would lack stability and longevity.
Nonetheless, while we marvel beautiful façades and enjoy walks on firm grounds, let's tip our hats to these unsung heroes. Concreters – the modest sculptors carving Bundaberg’s cityscape one concrete slab at a time.
