Bought a new spa from these guys recently and the service was outstanding. I could see that Tamara was excited about the products and full of knowledge. She wasn't your usual boring salesperson. Any technical questions I had were answered by Mark. All this made me excited to buy from them and they didn't let me down. Kept me informed throughout the build process and delivered when they said they would. The spa itself has exceeded my expectations.

Our pool installed by Burleigh Pools about seven years ago. Towards end of last year we discovered thin cracks on both sides of our pool. Rang Burleigh pools to ask for help and received a very defensive response. When no further reply rang again, then again. Finally someone came out (said he was the grandson?). No further response, I rang again . Spoke to Accounts Manager, again defensive in my opinion. After I pleaded for help she sent me an email re engineer and Pool Association. In all I spoke with 5 different members of Burleigh Pools. A common refrain was "we've never had this happen before", then no response until I rang back. Totally unprofessional in my view. I was hoping for them to come out, give me some options re repairs and then do them at a reasonable rate. Tried ti give one star but this site only allows Three. Says go back to business , however I already have. So now what? Steve (Terranora)
