We cannot thank Monsoon Pools enough. We had a few contractors come out and give us a quote (and a couple of no shows) but knew as soon as Craig talked through our options that Monsoon was our go to without even seeing the quote. Craig was professional and knowledgeable. The quote came in and just confirmed our decision. Pricing was very competitive. The dig commenced on 24th Jan and water filled and ready to swim 11th April - 11 weeks!!! We couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Tony, the build manager was super helpful, very responsive and made every effort to ensure everything was on track and completed with the utmost quality. He was exceptional in every way, from organising trades to working through options when we hit solid rock to his super friendly personality to make us feel comfortable through every stage of what is a huge investment.
