Lindsay built our new home, completed in November last year. The consultation process was good, with our design idea being taken up and refined with input from ourselves, Lindsay and his draftsperson to produce a design of home that we were happy with. Lindsay's expertise in earthworks and drainage is of a high standard and we have had very little issue with water now that the wet season is upon us. The overall build quality is very good, and the only issue we have is that decisions and changes were sometimes made without consultation with us as the client and home owner, which resulted in a few hiccups along the way. So clear communication and consultation were a bit of a downfall but the overall build and end product are of a good standard. I would give this business a 3.5 star rating, but this is not available so have given a 4.
