Matthew is such a polite, knowledgable and thorough technician. We had some tedious issues with our internet speed and wanted a move to NBN from ADSL. Matthew checked speed on all our devices, explained our options, even contacted Telstra for us and they organised a Telstra technician to come out and check connection lines a few days later. We would recommend Matthew to all that would like an interface between providers and customers.

Not being a computer buff, it was a little daunting when I purchased new laptop. The guys at Wiznerd were very helpful and patient with me as they explained the basic workings of the laptop as well as set up some important applications that I would need. I highly recommend them to anyone who draws a blank when it comes to computers.
