I am currently on a long road trip and had the misfortune to drop my good Canon camera. The impact jammed the slider that opens the battery and card reader leaving me unable to retrieve my photos or recharge the battery. I visited the camera/computer department in your store where on an agreement of "all care, no responsibility" - the camera wasn't any use to me as it was. The young man eventually managed to release the slider. Thank you so much for your efforts on my behalf.
