We were hesitant about handing our computers over to someone but thanks to Clark he backed up 3 laptops and was able to get one to work again. He had constant contact and completed our back ups within a few days. The price was very affordable. The laptops were picked up and dropped back off straight to home, so super convenient and everytime Clark said he would do something he did it! He more than met our expectations. We would definetly recommend him.
