“We already had our computer looked at by an 'expert' who couldn't fix it after 7.5 hours trying, but Rob saw what was wrong straight away and had it back to us within 2 days with everything restored and all our information saved. We were going to throw it out and buy a new one but Rob fixed it and we couldn't be happier. Excellent service and the costs were reasonable, we definitely recommend Rob.”
